Kingsmith's WalkingPad is an emerging brand in China known for its lightweight fitness walking treadmills. Before collaborating with us, their monthly sales in the U.S. had already reached $300,000. However, driven by larger ambitions, they aspired for even higher sales figures. This led them to increase their investment in Google advertising, social media marketing, and international KOL promotions. Yet, despite the heavy expenditure, there wasn’t a significant boost in sales performance. It was at this juncture that WalkingPad approached us, hoping that Evolved could address their growth challenges and help elevate their monthly sales to $500,000.
Evolved's in-house strategy team worked closely with various departments, diving deep into the industry trends of WalkingPad and analyzing its market performance on social media. We identified that WalkingPad 's previous strategies still had room for enhancement, especially in influencer marketing. To address this challenge, we provided our client with a comprehensive, multifaceted marketing strategy which encompassed, but was not limited to, social media marketing, paid ad promotions, international KOL marketing, and UGC (User Generated Content) marketing.
